A great friend to all who knew her and always there for Rick and I as we started our new life together and through the years. Heaven has gained a new shining star but we will miss our wonderful friend taken far to soon. May the memories of good times help all of you through the next few months and the knowledge of the love and joy she gave to so many will warm your hearts

To all the family, relatives & friend of Judi,
My heart breaks for each & everyone of you. Judi was once my Girl Scout leader & later became my boss at HPD. Judi is (as she will always be alive in our memories) a wonderful person. She is knowledgeable, sweet, loving, attentive,caring, funny all rolled into one. I had a special bond with Judi that I will never forget. Im sure she is laughing, smiling & having a great time with all those who have left us in an untimely manner. God speed Judi, I love you!

GOD must have needed a dispatcher...
Our heartfelt condolences go out to The Hatch Family & The Hanson Police Dept. For every life has a purpose to fill, a purpose which us humans can seldom infer. But Judy was a gift from heaven, whose purpose was to make this world understand what love, friendship, goodness, and humbleness was all about. Goodness belongs to heaven, and I know she is watching us from there, bestowing her beautiful smile upon us. May she rest in peace.
Her family & The Hanson PD have a very special guardian angel watching over them ~ Judy was a very special woman, my father "Gig" loved her, I'm sure he'll show her around heaven! May she rest in peace~
