Samuel Jacob Tripp, 23 passed away unexpectedly on June 15, 2021. Sam was born in Wellesley, MA on November 18,1997 to Timothy Tripp and Lori Smith. He was raised in Taunton and then Wareham MA. He was a 2016 graduate of Upper Cape Tech Regional Vocational School where he studied the electrical trade. After high school Sam moved to Florida where he continued his education at the University of Tampa and graduated in June 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology.

Sam was a kind soul who always helped anyone in need. He will be remembered as a bright light with an infectious smile who brought happiness to all who knew him. Sam loved dancing, the beach and Boston sports. Most importantly he was a loyal friend. His devotion to maintaining strong relationships with his loved ones goes unmatched, especially the relationship he shared with his younger sister, Alexandra.

Sam’s mother, Lori was his best friend whom he kept close to his heart always. His father, Tim was an integral part of his life and support system.

Sam was loved deeply by his family and friends.

Samuel is survived by his Mother, Lori Smith; Father, Timothy Tripp and Sister, Alexandra Tripp. Grandmother, Nana Flo Stearns; Uncle Richard and Aunt Heather Smith; Aunt Stacey Orlando, Uncle Nicci and Aunt Susan Tripp; Uncle Guy Tripp; Uncle Jayson Tripp and Aunt Lorry Tripp. Cousins; Joshua and Eric Orlando; Noah and Morgan Smith; Lux Tripp; Sarah, Icar, Carson, Asher Barosy and Alaina Greene.

He was predeceased by grandparents Warren Tripp, Paul Stearns, Milton and Myrna Smith and cousin Hannah Boraks.

A Celebration of Sam's Life will be held on July 31st at the Towne Place Suites in Wareham.  The service will begin promptly at 3:00 p.m. followed by a Celebration of Sam's Life.
