Matthew Perry

Matthew Perry of Pembroke, MA, passed away on December 3, 2022, at the age of 43. Matt  was born on January 22, 1979, in Pembroke, the town he loved to grow up in and happily  returned to in 2019 with his own family. Matt graduated from Silver Lake High School in 1997  and liked to boast about his time as the hockey captain. Matt attended Wentworth Institute of  Technology before starting his career as a finish carpenter. He took great pride in building  custom staircases, crown molding, and coffered ceilings for beautiful homes throughout  Massachusetts.  

In 2004 he met his wife Marcy while they both lived in Boston. Matt and Marcy have two  children, Autumn (9) and Sean (7). Matt loved his children and enjoyed taking them on trail  walks, to the skate park, and miniature golfing. Matt was thrilled to see Sean play hockey and  watch Autumn figure skate. One of Matt’s happiest days was when the family skated together  on a frozen pond in Pembroke, which was his favorite place. Matt’s other favorite place was in  Wells Beach, Maine where the family spent many summer and fall days together. Matt’s other  passions were music, specifically Metallica, the Bruins, watching and playing golf, Netflix  documentaries, Bill Burr, Dairy Twist, Edgewater Drive, and his hockey hair. 

Matt was predeceased by his mother, Diane. Matt is survived by his father, Paul, his sister,  Lauren, his wife, Marcy, and his two children, Autumn and Sean, as well as many more loving  family members and friends.
