Beverly M Johnson – Of Maine formerly Plymouth Ma, passed with peace and grace on June 03, 2020, with her family at her side. Predeceased by her loving husband Lawrence Johnson on July 28 2015. Survived by her daughters Christine Howe and her husband Rodney of Maine, Kathy Jo Johnson and her fiance Nicole Costa of New Bedford Ma, Elizabeth Giffoni and her late husband Carlos Giffoni who passed on May 30th 2015, Deborah Houghton and her partner Ralph Morris of Raynham MA, Barbara Johnson of Rockland MA and her son Lawrence Johnson Jr of Weymouth MA and Richard Howe of Rockland MA. Predeceased by her Son’s Kenneth Johnson and Elden Johnson of Rockland MA; grandchildren: Amber and Rodney Franklin of Maine, Tyler Howe & his girlfriend Chloe of Plymouth MA, Larry Bradshaw and his husband Brandon of Rockland MA, Andrew and Ashley Giffoni of Jacksonville North Carolina, Brandon and Sam Bradshaw of Rockland MA, Crystal and Dominic Carson of Scituate MA, Joshua Giffoni of Hanson MA, Susan Heyes and Gary carpenter of Plymouth MA, Beverly and Rich Duhaine of Rockland MA and her adopted grandkids Jayde, Julie and Jimmy. And predeceased by her grandson Jonathan Johnson. Her Great grandchildren; Wyatt Giffoni of Jacksonville North Carolina, James, Demtrius and Aryah of Plymouth MA, Kiersten,Alyssa,Jocelyn,Kadence and Teagan of Rockland MA, and Ariah Carson of Scituate MA, Kyla and Lawrence Johnson. Her siblings Susan Lemieux smith, Joseph Lemieux,Jake Lemieux,Dennis Lemieux, and predeceased by her sisters Marjorie Moulton and Barbara Whorf. And Many friends and other family.
After marrying Lawrence, she threw her energies into raising their children, grandchildren,siblings and other children that she treated like her own. Open to all neighboring children, her kitchen and her house were never closed. She always welcomed everyone with open arms, she was an avid bingo player and loved the casinos or hanging out at home playing cards or cribbage with family and laughing. Taking multiple trips back in the day with her husband to Atlantic city or Foxwoods. She would spend her summers as a seasonal camper at Maple Park in Wareham, Taking her kids/grandkids and anyone else who wanted to tag along on road trips to New Hampshire to the man of the mountain or the Kancamagus Highway. She will be always remembered as a loving mother/grandmother, sister and friend whose greatest passion was helping others. Beverly will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
