Steven Francis Foster of Halifax passed away on Thursday November 2, 2017 at the age of 70. He was the beloved husband of the late Gail (DiGangi) Foster. Loving father of Clifford M. and his wife Karen of Middleboro, Joseph S. and his companion Nashira of Halifax, Michael P. and his wife Carisa of Bridgewater, and Steven F. and his companion Jill of Whitman. Brother of  Robert Foster of NH, Joanne Hernandez of Saugus, Joseph Foster of Boston,  the late Thomas, Dennis, Ronald, Larry, and Ann.   Also survived by 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours in the Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home 4 West Washington St. (Corner of Rte. 58) Hanson on Wednesday 4-7 PM with services at 7 PM in the Funeral Home. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.  Burial will be private.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Steven's memory to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, The Jimmy Fund 10 Brookline Pl. West,  Brookline, MA 02445.

Steven was a Vietnam Veteran in the U.S. Army.
