Stephen Corbeels of Hanson passed away on Friday, July 19, 2024, at the age of 85. Beloved Husband of  48 years to the late Lois I. (Hobson) Corbeels. Loving Father of Cheryl Ruxton and her Husband Michael of Pembroke and James Corbeels of Hanson.

Brother of the Late Louis Corbeels. Grandfather to Chelsea Ruxton, Lindsey Ruxton Donovan, Michael Ruxton Jr., and Allyson Corbeels Rollins.  Also survived by 5 great-grandchildren. He is a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict.

He was very adventurous and would try anything once. He has loved building hot rod cars with his son for many years and owns a 1929 Model A Ford.  He attended all his grandchildren's sporting events. His favorite saying was "Keep the Faith". He was an amazing Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, and a friend to many.  He will be greatly missed by all.

Visiting hours will be held at the Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home 4 West Washington St. (corner of rte 58) on Monday, July 29th, from 4-7 PM. Services will be in the Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 30th at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment in Fern Hill Cemetery, Hanson.
