Shirley R. Corbett-age 84, born Salem MA, long time resident of Hingham, MA, currently from Halifax MA passed away on Wednesday, July 18,2018.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth Bousquet, sister of the late Alice Berube, Louise Cote, twin brothers Louis and the late Alfred and Robert Bousquet. Loving mother of three daughters, Mary C. of Pompano Beach Florida, Joan A. Cefalu of Milton and Elizabeth J. Hubauer, Acworth GA and four sons, William M. Jr. and his life long partner Sandra Frenette of Pembroke, Michael S. and his wife Carolyn of Hingham, Peter G. and his wife Suzanne of Waltham and Thomas W. and his wife Lori of Kingston. She has 21 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her husband, the late Warren J. Corbett. She attended Hingham High School. Shirley's family remember her as an active mother supporting each of her children's lives and careers. She was a warm caring "Nana" to her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. She was always there for a neighbor in need. Shirley enjoyed reading, music, her pets, bingo, and bus trips including ones to the local casinos. She was one cool lady! Visiting hours will be held in the Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home, 4 West Washington St. (Corner Rte. 58) Hanson on Sunday July 22nd from  3-7 PM. Services will be held in the Funeral Home on Monday at 10 AM. Relatives and  friends respectfully invited to attend. Burial will follow at Center Cemetery, Pembroke.
