Robert "Bud" Lewis, 78, of Prentiss Maine died on November 30,2015, following a short battle against cancer in Schenectady, New York.

Bud was born November 11, 1937 in Chiacago, Illionois, son of Leslie and Alma Lewis.

When he was a few years old the family moved to Braintree, Ma, where Bud grew up and graduted from Braintree High School.

After getting married to Judith"Judie" Welch, he built his hime in Hanson, Ma, where he lived until his retirement.

He worked for over 30 years as a mechanic for different airlines at Logan Airport in Boston.

He retired to Prentiss, Maine, where he had built his home on his 45 acre property.

He was an avid hunter, a car ethuist, esp corvettes and enjoy gambling and watching football and hockey.

He is survived by his daughter Julie (Michael) Hipe; his son, Robert (Kimberly) Lewis: seven siblings; three granchildren Samantha, Erik and Kathryn (Katy) Hipe.

Relatives are freinds are invited to call December 11, 2015 from 5-8pm at Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home 4 West Washington Street, Hanson, Ma. Burial will be at 10am, December 12, 2015 at Knollwood Cemetery in Canton,Ma. All are invited to meet at the cemetery at 9:45am
