Pauline E. (Brine) Hammond of Halifax Passed away peacefully after a short illness Monday December 15, 2014 at the age of 88. She was the beloved wife of the late Earl N. Hammond Jr. The loving mother of Linda Ann Hammond of Halifax, Michael E. Hammond and his wife, a cherished daughter in-law Carol of Hanson, and Barbara Thurston of Hanson. Sister of Barbara Lord of Halifax, Francis Brine and his wife Ann of Weymouth, and the late Amos Brine. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Pauline was a member of the Stich and Chatter Club in Hanson, she taught CCD and was involved in many of the other Church activities at Our Lady of the Lake Church. She loved camping and bowling, but spending time with her family and being a mother was most important to her. Visiting hour will be held one hour before Mass in Our Lady of the Lake Church 580 Monponsett St (Rte. 58) in Halifax Friday morning at 8 AM. Funeral Mass will be held at 9 AM in the Church.
