Mary Klerowski (Sheehan) A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother (AKA) Mimi, Passed away peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Wingate nursing home in Kingston MA at the age of 84. Born in Lettercollum, Timoleague, County Cork, Ireland on November 27, 1940. She moved to Boston MA in 1963 and then became a US citizen. In 1983 She moved to Halifax MA where she resided until she passed. She is the beloved wife of the late John Klerowski. He was her best friend. She is survived by her two children, Laura Higgins and Alan Klerowski who she loved dearly. Her son-in-law, Jason Higgins, and three grandchildren (Twins) Ashlyn & Brooklyn, and Campbell Higgins. She is also survived by her family in Ireland her two brothers Reggie & JJ, And her three sisters, Angela, Carmel, and Geraldine, and all her nieces and nephews.

Mary worked at Evanswood nursing home in Kingston for 25 years. She worked as a dietary aide before switching to a CNA. She absolutely loved her job.

Mary loved traveling, yard sales, going to Savers, her plants, watching golf and Judge Judy on TV, and spending lots of time with her family.

Our Mom was strong, courageous, kind, loving, caring, patient, stubborn, feisty and fierce.

So long Mom, you will be missed by so many. We know you are safe and happy now with Dad. Please continue to watch over us and send lots of signs. You will be missed terribly and never forgotten. We love you Honey XO

Visiting hours will be held in the Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home 4 West Washington St. (Corner of Rte. 58) Hanson on Friday May 16th, 2025  4 Pm to 6:30 PM with a service in the Funeral Home at 6:30 PM. relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend.
