Linda M Harris passed away peacefully at the age of 73 on January 19, 2022. Linda is survived by her husband of 51 years Richard H Harris of East Bridgewater MA.; son Steven R Harris of Bridgewater MA; daughter Julie A Machnik of Upton MA. and grandchildren Skylar, Robert and Dylan. Daughter of the late Muriel White-Maier and Leroy White, Linda was born to a family of five brothers and sisters, pre-deceased by Marsha and David and survived by Carol, Thomas and Diane.

Linda graduated from Whitman-Hanson Regional High School and spent several years as an Administrative Assistant for Ocean Spray. She spent most of her adult life as a homemaker caring for her family. She was an avid reader and genealogical researcher. Linda looked forward to her summers in Chatham and long walks on the beach to the lighthouse. She enjoyed family skiing trips and spending time on the lakes of Maine as well as road trips to Tennessee.

Visiting hours will be in the Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home 4 West Washington St. , Hanson on Monday morning 9-11 AM with services in the Funeral Home at 11 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Interment Fern Hill Cemetery, Hanson.
