Jerzy Cholewinski of Hanson was 2 weeks' shy of his 92nd Birthday. He passed into eternal life surrounded by family on January 12,2024.

He is predeceased by his wife of 50 years Halina (Weglinski) Cholewinski.

Jerzy is survived by his two daughters Diane Skerritt and husband Bruce, and Patricia Cholewinski. His sister Mary (Cholewinski) Clougherty and her husband Patrick. He was loving Grandfather to two granddaughters Ashley Ferrara and Emily Skerritt and many nieces and nephews.

He was born in Ruszow,Lublin, Poland. He immigrated to Boston Ma in 1955. And then became a US Citizen in 1960.

He was a Master Industrial Mechanic until retirement.

Upon retiring many camping trips were taken in their RV with family and friends.

He loved to travel and was avid photographer capturing many beautiful moments.

He was an avid reader, and could talk history endlessly.
