Helen E Babb (Barnes) died February 3, 2022 after a brief illness. Helen was born to William T. Barnes and Estella Mae (White) on September 4, 1925. Born and raised in Cohasset, Massachusetts. Early in her professional career, she worked cleaning houses, and eventually worked for Collegetown, before retiring.

Helen is survived by her children Sandra Lorgeree and her husband Dan, of Halifax Massachusetts. David Dowding and his wife Judy of Jarupa Valley California, Pat Carey and her husband Bob, of Pembroke Massachusetts and William Dowding of Dothan Alabama. Helen was a loving grandmother to eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren who were her greatest blessings.

Visiting hours were held privately  at Leighton MacKinnon Funeral Home, 4 West Washington St., Hanson, Ma 02341 on Saturday February 5, 2022.
