On May 28,2019 Andrea Lewis passed away at home surrounded by her loved ones.  Andrea grew up in Dorchester and was a Hanson resident for the last 51 years.

She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Hazel Viglas and sister to the late Marianne Nova and George (Vic) and his wife Lois Viglas.  She was the beloved wife of her late husband, James L. Lewis.

She is survived by her children James and Lori Lewis of California, Phil and Tracy Lewis of Pembroke, Kimberly Lewis of Whitman, Andrew Lewis of Hanson, and Eric Lewis of Hanson.  She was a grandmother to nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.  She was also loved by her nieces and nephews and many others.

Visiting hours will be held in the Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home 4 West Washington St. (Corner Rte. 58) Hanson, Monday June 3rd 9 AM to 12 PM with services at 12 noon in the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Central Cemetery, Halifax.
