Raymond (Ray) Will Obituary


Raymond James Will “Ray” 64 of Halifax passed away Wednesday morning June 13th 2018 after a long illness with COPD. 
Survived by a loving family which includes, daughter Tabetha J Case with Wayne Case and their six children Wayne JR, Mathew, Dominik, Loleita, Michael, and Harleigh of Suffolk VA. Son Matthew R. Will with Tina L. Bowles And their four children, Victoria, Matthew JR, Max and Juliana of Halifax. Daughter René J Will With Timothy Millerick and their son Julian of Oak Bluffs Martha’s Vineyard. Son Wakeem “Moey” Will deceased. Together with his former wife Colleen (Reardon) Will they also raised three siblings, Eric B. Hurd, Graig A. Hurd and Tattiana J. Martinez.  Two sisters, Jaqueline Richardson of Killeen TX. Ida Mae Mattson Bourne MA. Two brothers John Will of Bridgewater MA. Richard Will deceased. Ray is also Pre-deceased by his parents John Will and Marion (Halpin) Will,  formerly of Rockland. Many nieces, nephews and friends.  

Ray was a member of the United States Air Force. His MOS was a security policeman (MP). He was always proud to wave his American flag. Ray enjoyed working on cars and spent most of his life as a mechanic. Coaching baseball and football was one of his favorite hobbies along with playing softball. As an avid fan of Boston sports, he especially loved the Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots. A devoted father who loved spending time with his family, Ray will be missed by many.
