Maria Anna (Casano) Dutczak  97 of Hanson formerly of Quincy died peacefully on Monday February 3, 2020 surrounded by her loving Family. She was the Daughter of the late Andrea and Marchesa (Eggitto) Casano. 

Born in Dorchester she attended Boston Schools and worked various jobs, her last being M.I.B. in Westwood retiring in 1987. She enjoyed trips with her Family, collecting and making porcelain dolls, "Casano Family cookouts" every year, Family holiday's, and most of all just being the loving Mother, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend she truly was.

She was the beloved wife of  the late Robert R. Dutczak.  She is the loving Mother of Carolyn Pomakis of Hanson, Diane Dutczak of Quincy, and Robert P. Dutczak of Hanson, and Grandmother of Lauren Pomakis of Hanson. Sister of the late Andrew Casano of Randolph, Catherine Casano of Quincy, and William Casano of Pembroke.

Visiting hours will be held in the Leighton-MacKinnon Funeral Home 4 West Washington St. (Corner Rte. 58) Hanson on Thursday 4-8 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Our Lady of the Lake Church (Rte.58) Halifax on Friday morning at 9 AM. Relatives and friends respectfully invited to attend. Burial will take place in Knollwood Memorial Park Cemetery, Canton.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Maria's memory to Angel Memorial Medical Center (MSPCA) 350 So. Huntington Ave. Boston, MA 02130 Attn. donations or Inter Faith Social Services 105 Adams St. Quincy, MA 02169.
