George Craig Obituary

George Robert Craig passed away on March 17, 2020 after a sudden illness.  He was 49 years old and lived in Hanson, Massachusetts for most of his life. 

George worked at Shaw's Supermarket in Hanson and Hanover for more than 10 years.  He loved his job and he loved his customers.  George was a helpful, kind, and positive person who could tell the best jokes and clever puns.  In his teenage years he was actively involved in DeMolay.  George’s passions included bowling, board games and he was a whiz at math.  He was a life-long fan of the New England Patriots.   George was predeceased by his mother Linda Bresnahan Craig.  He is survived by his father and stepmother, Lee and Joan Craig of Hanson, MA and Pinellas Park, FL, his brother, Tom Craig, of Torrington, CT and a niece, Abigail Craig, and nephew, Parker Craig. 

Memorial services have been delayed due to the COVID-19 restrictions, but will be scheduled for a future date.
